Impressed with Rhode Island’s support of the high-tech industry, Amgen is committed to staying in Rhode Island, which hosts the company’s largest drug manufacturing site. But the head of its Rhode Island facilities, David Bengston, said there are some things the state could do to make it even easier for the company to continue to grow — such as improving Rhode Island’s tax structure.
