Morrow pleads guilty to drug possession

ISHOMINGO — A 45-year-old resident encountered some swift justice this week after pleading guilty to drug possession Thursday. Gary Morrow received a two-year deferred sentence after pleading guilty to a marijuana possession count filed after police raided his North Byrd apartment on Tuesday. Police Chief Shannon Smith said a search warrant was obtained for the Housing Authority property after an exterminator found marijuana on the premises during a service call. Smith said one full baggie was found in the living room and two others with small quantities were located in a bedroom. Several home-made pipes were found. Source : ardmoreite.com |
